Charleston and Cousins "Yo-Yo" and "Eh-leasssss"

We took a road trip to Charleston to see a bunch of family and friends!

The main event was Beau's 5 year reunion from dental school. A few of his friends were all getting back together, so it was fun to see some old faces and hear how everyone's doing. My how our lives have changed! Our years in Charleston were much like a continuation of college - very fun, little responsibility, life at the beach , etc. Now everyone has dental practices, mortgages, and BABIES!!! I don't have any actual pictures from the reunion festivities, but I'm hoping someone will send me some :)

And of course our other excuse to visit Charleston was to see Nicci, Jed, Rowan & Ellis! We just don't get to see them enough, so it's a special treat when the cousins can all be together. I was especially excited to see that Wade can finally return the love that his big cousins give him. Rowan and Ellis have loved "Baby Wade" and eventually "Wadey Wadey" immensely for 2 years. They've showered him with hugs, kisses, and attention. But he's just been to young to appreciate and respond to their TLC....until now. He followed them around like a little puppy eager for a treat. Anything they did he had to do too. And he was just so genuinely excited to be with them. He has not stopped saying their names "Yo-Yo" and "Eh-leasssss" since we were there. We can't wait to continue the cousin love fest in a few weeks when they come to Atlanta for their Spring Break.

Tunnel fun at the Isle of Palms playground. Notice Ellis isn't far behind.

The world's coolest see-saw

Wade was all smiles with his Aunt Nicci behind him and Ellis on the other side

The kiddos all had a picnic lunch in the playhouse
