So we hastily carved our grinning Jack-o-lantern just in time for the main event. Wade wanted nothing to do with the gooey inside. He only wanted the knives. I don't think so.
Thankfully Beau took on the insides. Yuck!
Cali did offer good moral support (she probably thought we were eating something at the table she could grab a bite of)
I think it turned out pretty good, even if it was last minute!!

We actually didn't carve our pumpkins because it is too stinkin hot down here. Walmart sells Mr. Potato style pieces that go in a pumpkin. Maddie had a great time decorating her pumpkins with those pieces. We didn't have to worry about the messiness of the pumpkin or the rotting smell ;)
