We started Christmas Eve at church with the Benich crew. It was a sweet candlelight service for kids. We sing Silent Night at bedtime year round, so Wade and Bree think it's cool they sign their bedtime song at church!
We had an almost emergency when Bree turned her head too fast and caught her hair on fire. We put it out quickly, but the lovely smell of burnt hair lingered :)
Then we made a pit stop to visit with Ernie and Rosie...
Poppa has taught Wade to play CHESS and now they're obsessed...
The Benich crew this Christmas - Ernie and Rosie visiting from Ohio, Nicci in from Charleston (Rowan and Ellis spending time with their dad, Jed)...
Then we moved the party to Nonna & G.G.'s. They had an even bigger than normal crew this year with family visiting from Minnesota. We expanded into the garage!
Don't really have an explanation for this one...
